Store Operation

Snow W. SHOP is a small independently operated online store.

All orders are collected, reviewed, and processed manually by the store owner.

Most of our products are produced through a dropshipping / made-to-order system. This means that items are manufactured specifically for the customer after the order has been placed and paid for.

Product Images and Descriptions

We do our best to display product images, colors, details, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, the actual product may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to screen settings, lighting, product availability, manufacturing differences, and the printing process.

Slight variations in color, placement, or appearance are normal and do not qualify as a defect.

Prices, Taxes, and Shipping

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Taxes and shipping costs are already included in the product price, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery depends on the type of product ordered.

If the item is a printed product, such as apparel, accessories, home decor, or other products with a print applied to them, the item may be shipped either from the United States or from China, depending on the location of the production provider responsible for manufacturing that specific item. Delivery times will vary accordingly.

If the item is an original painting, artwork, handmade item, or another physical product that is not produced through a print provider, it will be shipped personally by me from the Dominican Republic or by my mother from Russia, depending on where the product is physically located. This information is always stated in the product description.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

[Snow W. SHOP] is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs, or events beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

Processing time does not include shipping time. During holidays, high-demand periods, or unexpected delays, processing may take longer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

Please carefully check your shipping address before placing an order! We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned, lost, or delayed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs or the cost of placing a new order.

Sizes, Colors, and Product Selection

Customers are responsible for carefully checking the size chart, product details, color options, and order information before completing the purchase.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product was selected by the customer.

Because many items are made to order, each product is created specifically for the customer after the order is placed.

Returns and Exchanges

Since most of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, wrong color selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact section of our website within 14 days of receiving your order.

To review the issue, please provide:

Your order number
A clear description of the problem
Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

All designs, artwork, images, logos, product photos, text, graphics, and other content on this website are the property of Snow W. SHOP.
